What’s Happening: We are deploying Firmware v94 as part of the staged rollout of this access control upgrade. This release provides security and system updates designed to keep access control devices current and support future improvements. Deployment for each phase will occur over a rolling 72-hour window.

When:
All International Clubs
Begins: October 19 at 4:00 PM UTC
Rolling Window: 72 hours from start time

Impact: Devices may update at different times within the 72-hour window. No extended downtime is expected. Clubs can continue operating normally throughout the maintenance period.

What You Need to Do: No action is required. Devices will update automatically. Our teams will monitor performance and device health throughout each 72-hour deployment window.

If issues persist after the update please report them through your standard support channel.

UK – Late Fee Billing Issue
Resolved - The issue affecting certain member payments at UK clubs has now been resolved.

ClubWise has completed the necessary corrections for all impacted members, including removing any incorrectly applied late fees and write-off charges.

For members who had already made payments, affected clubs have been notified and provided with instructions to process refunds or apply membership freezes to correct the charges for the following month.

All corrections were completed ahead of the next payment collection cycle, ensuring members will not be charged an incorrect amount.

No further action is required unless your club has been contacted with specific instructions from ClubWise.

Investigating - ClubWise is currently investigating an issue affecting UK clubs where certain member payments did not receive the expected payment window before a late fee was applied. As a result, some members may have been charged a late fee incorrectly.

ClubWise is working to identify all affected members, and correct impacted accounts.

Membr will be completing planned maintenance to deploy updates to the signup process. These updates are intended to address account creation issues and prevent duplicate payment instructions from being created.

During the maintenance window, all signup flows will be temporarily unavailable, including both new and legacy signup experiences.
Members attempting to sign up during this time will see a maintenance page until the work is complete.

Global - AF Mobile App - Email Verification Error
Resolved - Our teams have confirmed that the email verification issue in the Anytime Fitness mobile app has been resolved.

Members should no longer encounter errors when selecting "Send Code to Email" and should now receive the intended email verification code to complete the verification process.

We have completed monitoring and confirmed that the functionality is working as expected. If members continue to experience issues, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
